On a quiet Prague street, Flori unfolded a map with five blank spaces. Luna peered over the edge. ‘Maybe every shape opens part of a story,’ he said.

The blue-and-gold face of the Astronomical Clock filled the first space. Its rings, hands, and tiny figures made a whole story inside one circle.

At sunrise, Charles Bridge crossed the Vltava on one stone arch after another. Flori drew a single bridge arch for the second clue.

A river curl at Český Krumlov
The Vltava curled tightly around Český Krumlov's red roofs below the castle. From above, the river looked like a blue storybook swirl.

A pattern at Litomyšl
Litomyšl Castle's pale walls were covered with repeating sgraffito panels. One patterned square joined the map.

A village gable at Holašovice
Around Holašovice's green, farmhouses wore colorful curved and pointed gables. The last little house front filled the final space.

The map stands up
When Flori opened the finished map, clock, bridge, river, pattern, and gable rose into a tiny pop-up town. Luna looked through the paper bridge and wagged.
