Five empty shapes
Beside the Colosseum, Flori found a postcard with five empty spaces: an arch, a dome, a leaning line, a wave, and a cone. Luna tapped it with one curious paw. 'Maybe Italy can fill them,' said Flori.

The arch in Rome
The first clue was all around them. The Colosseum's curved wall held arch after arch, stacked high above the ground. Flori drew one round arch on the postcard. The first empty space glowed warm orange.

The dome in Florence
In Florence, a red-tiled dome rose over the cathedral and city roofs. Pale ribs climbed toward the lantern at the top. Luna looked up while Flori filled the postcard's round dome shape.

The leaning line in Pisa
In Pisa, the cathedral's round bell tower leaned to one side. Flori leaned a little. Luna leaned a little too—without lifting any paws. The third clue slid neatly into place.

The wave in Venice
In Venice, water curved between colorful buildings. A gondola glided beneath an arched bridge, leaving a small wave behind. Luna stayed safely on the dry quay while Flori drew the wavy clue.

The cone in Alberobello
In Alberobello, white stone houses wore roofs shaped like cones. One trullo stood beside another, each roof made from layers of limestone slabs. The postcard had only one space left—and the cone fit perfectly.

A postcard full of Italy
At sunset, the five shapes joined together: arch, dome, lean, wave, and cone. Each one held a place they could remember. Flori tucked the finished postcard safely away. Luna wagged. 'Ciao, Italia!' they called.
